  • Priority queueing with 30-minute response / 4-hour resolution target

  • Extended service hours: Mon–Fri 07:00–18:00 UK

  • Quarterly strategy reviews including capacity planning & technology roadmap

  • Endpoint encryption policy management (BitLocker/FileVault)

  • Optional managed email security (advanced spam/phish filtering – licence extra)

  • Semi-annual penetration vulnerability scan with written report

  • Proactive vendor liaison for warranty claims and hardware procurement

  • Secure remote onboarding/off-boarding of staff within 1 business day

Service Hours & SLAs

  • Support hours: Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm UK time

  • Response time: with 30 minutes or less during service hours (average response times 3 minutes).

  • Onsite call-outs: available 24/7, billed separately

Contractual Additions

  • 3 month minimum term, then 30-day rolling contract

  • Emergency on-site call-outs available 24/7 (billed separately)
