Terms & Scope of Service

Scope of Testing

• Testing is limited to the specific IP addresses, domains, or applications agreed in writing prior to engagement.

• iZen Technologies will not test any third-party assets without documented authorisation.

• The penetration test is a point-in-time assessment and cannot guarantee detection of all existing or future vulnerabilities.

Methodology

• Testing follows recognised industry standards (OWASP, NIST, CREST-style techniques) and uses a mix of automated scanning and controlled manual testing.

• All activity is performed ethically to avoid service disruption.

• Testing is conducted during a pre-agreed time window to minimise operational risk.

Deliverables

• A detailed written report outlining discovered vulnerabilities, risk ratings, and recommended remediation steps.

• An optional re-test is available (charged separately) to validate fixes.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide written permission to test the agreed targets.

• Ensure appropriate backups and contingency plans are in place.

• Notify internal stakeholders and hosting providers (if applicable) before testing begins.
