3. This agreement shall come into effect from the date of acceptance of creating your account as a client and/or the purchasing of any services by the client. 4. iZen.Technology have the right to amend the website at any time.
5. The Client(s) agree that you will not, under any circumstances, bring iZen.Technology into disrepute and use the website in a method that it was not intended or attempt to access information from the website by unlawful or unauthorised means such as; manipulating the code i.e hacking, making use of account credentials that do not belong to you without prior consent of the owner.
5.1. The Client agrees not to post illegal content or images; content/images that may be deemed illegal in your country/state/region to our website or subsidary websites. For clarification of doubt, iZen.Technology recommend confirming legality of content with local law enforcement agencies in your
6. iZen.Technology will promote your listing via our subsidaries or directly through our own website, this may or may not result in leads being generated; the client accepts that the services paid for are strictly as described.
7. After registration you may request that your details be removed from our database at any time and with immediate effect. iZen.Technology also retains the right to cancel your contract or any subsequent services with immediate effect should we deem it necessary.
7.1. In such scenarios where we might cancel your contract or services include but are not limited to; where we deem that you are using the website in an ilegal way, not as intended or as a direct result of misuse. This is not an extensive list, and in such cases we will clarify our reasons in writing.
8. Nothing in the agreement creates a partnership, or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties involved.
9. We at iZen.Technology stress that in no way shall we be responsible for any incident in any form whatsoever that may occur as a direct result of improper use of our website or digital services as described in each services details page.
10. iZen.Technology does not guarantee the number and frequency of bookings, leads or other activities where the client has purchased digital promotion or advertising of any kind.
11. iZen.Technology operate on a strictly non-refundable basis. This means that following payment of a chosen service, subscription or package, the fee paid is non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the services sold through us and our subsidaries such as Love 4 IT Ltd. The Client(s) agree to waive all your rights in lieu of refunds. Digital services are activated immediately upon purchase and as a result refunds cannot be given, even if the purchase was made accidentally. Izen.Technology therefore encourage a close examination and comparison of available services against similar services prior to purchase.
11.1. Deposits taken from clients are considered fees for arranging pending services; any deposits taken from the client to secure/arrange a service are strictly non-refundable. Should the client change his/her/their mind and cancel the pending service(s); then the deposit will be transferrable to future services. Once the service commences, the deposit/fee is no longer transferrable. This includes but is not limited to the service(s) being terminated by iZen.Technology or the Client(s) for any reason. See 12.1 for reasons the booking may be terminated early.
12. iZen.Technology will notify the client(s) of the expiration of purchased service(s). The client will then have the choice to re-subscribe with iZen.Technology. We do not store your card details and will not take any payments automatically unless pre-agreed.
iZen.Technology reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the iZen.Technology Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the iZen.Technology Web Site.
