I design, deploy, and support secure, high-performing IT environments for our clients. My day-to-day spans cloud migrations, virtualisation, network architecture, and cybersecurity hardening, plus the deep troubleshooting when something unusual breaks.
I’m hands-on with Microsoft 365/Azure, server builds, endpoint management, and automation that reduces toil and speeds resolution. I partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps, then lead delivery to strict SLAs. I also mentor engineers, run post-incident reviews, and proactively tune systems to prevent repeat issues.
Outside of work, I’m a tinkerer and lifelong learner—usually testing new tools, hiking at the weekend, or hunting for the perfect flat white.
